Dr P
Dr. Perrine Neretti
BSc BVMS MRCVS DMCV Lic:2010(SA)
Veterinary Surgeon
Your Dr P is back and she is bringing her trusted, personalised veterinary care directly to your home. Known for her thorough approach and long-standing relationships with clients and their pets, she is proud to once again serve the Eastern Adelaide community she knows so well.
For those of you who haven't met her yet, Dr P has been a vet for over 25 years, gaining experience from across Australia and Europe.
For 16 years, she then owned and operated her own veterinary clinic on Glen Osmond Road, and this experience gave her a deep understanding of cases from beginning to end — from early diagnosis through to long-term management and follow-up care. Over the years, she had grown to know the local area well and understands the needs of pets and their people in this particular community.
As many of you would know, Dr P has many interests and areas of expertise but regardless, she is particularly passionate about finding the root causes of disease, not just managing surface signs. Over the years, she has learned that no two animals are the same, and that great care often comes from looking beyond the obvious symptoms. By understanding why a condition has developed, Dr P is able to prescribe the most effective, targeted therapies, tailored to each individual animal.
We are very excited to announce that she now offers house calls so your pets can be treated in the comfort and safety of their own home, an approach that provides a calmer, more personalised experience — especially for anxious animals, elderly pets and owners, and busy families who value convenience without compromising on quality.
She very much looks forward to supporting pets and their families with compassionate, attentive care — every step of the way.
Armand
Armand Legutko Neretti
Animal Whsiperer
Armand, at 20 years old, is the eldest of Dr P’s three sons and has grown up in a lively, love-filled environment surrounded by a remarkable variety of animals.
From dogs and cats to birds, frogs, pigs, chickens, ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs, his childhood was shaped by constant interaction with animals of all kinds—each one playing a role in nurturing his gentle spirit and compassionate nature.
From a young age, Armand developed a deep respect for animals, learning not only how to care for them but also how to understand and protect them.
This early bond has stayed strong throughout his life, and he simply cannot imagine a world without animals by his side. His natural kindness and big-heartedness shine through in the way he connects with both people and animals alike.
Alongside his love for animals, Armand has discovered a passion for computer coding. He enjoys the creativity and problem-solving that coding brings, balancing his technical interests with his enduring connection to the natural world. This blend of skills and passions makes him both thoughtful and dynamic in the way he approaches life.
Armand also takes pride in supporting his family, always ready to lend his mum a helping hand whenever needed. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks at home or at work or caring for their many animals, he approaches everything with warmth, responsibility, and quiet dedication.
Grounded, compassionate, and curious, Armand continues to grow into a young man shaped by both his love of technology and his deep-rooted bond with animals—two worlds he carries forward with equal passion.
